Omg you guys, I found this Cheerio Treats recipe on Pinterest and I am so excited to try it this weekend!! (You know it’s going to be yummy when it has TREATS in the name!) It looks pretty easy, and my mom already has most of the stuff I’ll need to make it in the pantry. My mouth is already watering!!! Here’s the recipe in case you want to try it out for yourself…

YOU NEED:
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
5 c. Cheerios (Try using the Honey Nut kind if you want to make things extra yummy!)

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large sauce saucepan, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Allow the mixture to boil for one minute and then remove it from the heat.
3. Add the peanut butter and vanilla to the mixture, and mix those in until it’s smooth.
4. Add your cheerios and mix them in until they’re all coated.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let them cool.
