First Date: Can a Girl Ask a Guy Out?
Hey guys!
For today’s First Date post, I wanted to chat about one of the most controversial questions when it comes to dating: Can a girl ask a guy out?
Well the first thing I would say to that is Ummm yeah! It’s 2012, people!!! But I know it’s not that easy. So here are a couple of catches:
- Before you ask a guy out, you should be pretty sure he likes you but that he’s just too shy or nervous to do it himself. This should be a given, but don’t just go up to a cute guy you’ve never talked to before and ask him to your school dance or something! You should still get to know him first, but if you’re tired of waiting for your crush to make the first move, go ahead and make it yourself! A lot of girls are too nervous to ask a guy out on a first date, but guess what—a lot of guys are probably really nervous too. So I say if you have the guts, go for it!
- Make sure you do it when his friends aren’t around to avoid surprising or embarrassing him. Most guys would be flattered and delighted to have a girl ask them out, but their friends might still tease them about it if they know that’s how it went down.
- Remember: If by some chance he says no, at least you’re done wondering what could have been. As bad as it might feel at the time, it’s NOT going to be the end of the world.

Well i can say a week ago I asked a guy I liked out and it went really well. I think its a great idea to make the first move! My friend told me when they were in class he asked her if he should ask me out.. Once I found out he liked me, there was no problem asking! -

Bella is my kryptonite. U don't have to ask him out just go up to him and talk to him, then get to know him. Then when he feels comfortable around he will most likely ask you out

thanks so much bells :) but I have a problem : what if it seems that the guy likes me but the problem is someone already told him I have a crush on him. what should I do then ?
